30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge

Hey Maicurlies,

After committing to the Protective Style and Castor Oil Challenge a couple of us in the Napturally Curly Forum decided that we are going to do a few other challenges too (this and one more to come!) “Are you crazy” I hear you asking… well NO! Just really motivated…maybe a little over motivated but I am so in the groove at the moment!

A beautiful naturalista on the forum pointed out that there is an online 30 day “Simple Green Smoothie Challenge” and of course a few of us wanted to join in. I do not want to step on anyones toes (copyright infringement) so in case you are interested to find out more please click on the link above to go to the challenge site.

Everything is FREE!!! Signing up? FREE! The recipe and shopping lists? FREE!!!

In case terms “green smoothies” makes you want to gag don’t worry it is NOT ONLY vegetables, plus you can always modify the recipes to your preference. Once you sign up, you will get an email to confirm you are going to join and then once a week thereafter you will get an email with the weekly smoothie recipes and shopping lists. Apart from the products you will also need a blender and something to store your smoothies (mason jars always look awesome)!

The challenge starts on the 1st of October so you still have time to sign up. I already got my recipe email and will start stocking up on some greens and fruit!

      Thank you for stopping by and commenting. I am glad that you are joining in the 30 day challenge! I will do a weekly update about all the smoothies I try, how the challenge is going etc, so I would love to hear about your smoothies and experience too! 🙂

        Glad it turned out alright Kangopie.
        What did you use (if you don’t mind sharing)? My first one was Spinach, Coconut Water, Banana, Blueberries, Strawberries and a little Flax Seeds. Looking forward to the next! I forgot to take a picture but I want to do weekly updates with pictures as well (whenever I remember).

        I don’t mind sharing lol. Now its like im spamming your post with smoothie talk!

        Im already donebwith my day2 smoothie. 1st day smoothie had spinach, mango juice, banana and frozen fruit medley. 2nd day smoothie spinach, mango juice, banana and papaya.

        2nd smoothie was way better. Coz I put the right amount of spinach in it this time. (Accidentally doubled the portion first day)

        I am liking the sound of your smoothies…I am just not a fan of mango which is odd because my mother and sister LOVE it and my mother has a mango tree in her garden. Thank you for sharing Kangopie looking forward to hearing how it all works out for you 😀

      Thank You! I normally like smoothies but haven’t tried doing a smoothie challenge with 60% fruit and 40% veg (for 30 days!). Should be good 😀
